Terms of Service
The agreement covering Anchor, Cite and Ready. Short, and written to be read rather than skipped.
Last updated 16 August 2026
Agreement
These terms apply to WeaveAI Anchor, Cite and Ready, and to weaveai.dev. Using any of them means accepting them. WeaveAI Labs is the provider.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your login secure and making sure anyone you invite is entitled to the access you give them. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to the documents, repositories and other material you provide. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service on your behalf: to store your content, process it, and generate answers from it.
You confirm you have the right to provide what you connect. Connecting a source you are not permitted to share is the one thing we cannot check for you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, using the service
- Upload material you have no right to use
- Try to circumvent plan limits, isolation between workspaces, or any security control
- Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement
- Use the service to build a competing product
Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Prices are quoted in US dollars.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.
Plans include a monthly allowance. Reaching it pauses further use until the next period or an upgrade, rather than generating an unexpected bill.
If we change prices, existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice before it applies to them.
What the service does and does not promise
These products generate answers from documents using language models. They are built to ground answers in your sources and to decline when the sources do not support an answer — that behaviour is the point of the product — but no such system is perfect. Do not rely on an output for a legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decision without a human checking it.
We aim for high availability and do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on self-serve plans. Enterprise agreements can include one.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time.
We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other customers at risk, or that has not paid. Where circumstances allow, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
On termination we delete your content according to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy. Ask before you close the account if you want an export.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified to account holders by email at least 30 days ahead. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the new terms.
